We had to cut a hole in the floor to do the plumbing - I had heard that there were concrete stairs underneath the house somewhere from a previous entrance to the cellar - we found it! Another note: Why is it that the evenings you want to take it easy and SLEEP because you've been up since 5 am for work, the neighbors think it's a good night to have a party with VERY LOUD MUSIC?

Another interesting find...

Our neighbors like to have a basketball game at midnight on weekends and we are trying to sleep and keep hearing the thumping sound of a basketball! Ugh...
